friendly staff happy chat great service
komal and pavi really stood out. they were super friendly and always happy to chat. it was like talking with old friends. the staff helped me a lot and nothing was a problem for them.
there was just one bathrobe in the room, and i booked for two people. i did expect two bathrobes.

the standard twin room was very clean, and i had many pillows. the towels were fluffy. the bed was also comfy. the temperature in the room was perfect. it was a plus to see green policies in place.

i liked the pool area and the long opening times. there is a good gym available. it included treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel had an amazing buzz and atmosphere overall.

the location was convenient. it was close to the underground and buses. i had a good accessible room. the breakfast choice for vegetarians was nice.

amazing assistance polite staff efficient handling smooth experience
i adored the amazing assistance from santhosh and swapnil at reception they were so polite it made a amazing impression from the very start i really appreciated their efficient handling of requests everything was smooth thanks to them i definitely plan to return
the cleaning could have been a tiny bit better i found a bit of dust in a corner but it hardly impacted my stay

The staff were helpful and the location was good. It was close to the tube.
My key cards did not work the following morning. I had to return to reception more than once because I could not get in the room! The shower was barely luke warm.

I found the staff quite helpful. Mr santhosh at the front desk answered all my questions. the concierge team also helped store my luggage before check-in. the location is convenient for accessing nearby shops. the fitness center featured cardio equipment and strength machines.
